The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  The wage and salary range for the City Attorney and Municipal Judge, for the four year period of May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2020, shall be as follows:
 
City Attorney - Bi-Weekly Salary
May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017            -      $4,649.57
May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018            -      $4,742.56
May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019            -      $4,837.41
May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020            -      $4,934.16
 
Municipal Judge - Bi-Weekly Salary
May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017            -      $2,522.66
May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018            -      $2,573.11
May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019            -      $2,624.57
May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020            -      $2,677.06
 
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect May 1, 2016 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
