Title

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 13.255 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

13.255 Permit Fees.  Before receiving a permit, record or service found in this chapter, the owner or agent shall pay a fee as specified in the most recent Schedule of Fees resolution.

PART II.  Subsection 14.85 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

14.85 Fee Schedule.  Before receiving a permit, record or service found in this chapter, the owner or agent shall pay a fee as specified in the most recent Schedule of Fees resolution.

PART III.  Subsection 16.62 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated to read as follows:

16.62 Schedule of Plumbing Permit Fees.  Before receiving a permit, record or service found in this chapter, the owner or agent shall pay a fee as specified in the most recent Schedule of Fees resolution.

PART IV.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART V.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
