Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on Both Sides of the 6700 and 6800 Blocks of W. Lincoln Ave. Except the West 218 ft. of the South Side of the 6700 Block.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Lincoln Ave.

Block:  6700 and 6800 Blocks Except the West 218 ft. of the South Side of the 6700 Block

Side:  Both

Restriction:  No Parking Any Time

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication and only after completion of the proposed Capital Project which is anticipated to be completed by November 2014.
