Title

Ordinance to amend Section 2.15 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to the addition of Section 2.15(5) regarding the method of changing the salary of the City Attorney.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 2.15 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code shall be amended by adding the following:

“(5)                      Salary.  The salary for the City Attorney shall be established periodically in conformance with established policies, procedures, resolutions, and ordinances for other non-represented City Officials in the Executive Service of the City.”

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
