Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Alltech Elevator, Inc. for furnishing elevator maintenance for an approximate net sum of $10,944.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing elevator inspection and maintenance at various buildings of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Alltech Elevator, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 16, 2003 submitted by Alltech Elevator, Inc. for furnishing elevator inspection and maintenance for the period May 1, 2003 through April 30, 2006 for the total net sum of $10,944.00 in accorrdance with City of West Allis RFP #780 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order for the aforesaid service.
