Title
Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning two properties located at 1341-43 and 43A S. 63 St. and 13** S. 63 St. from RB-2 Residence District to C-3 Community Commercial District and to create a PDD-1 overlay over the 2 properties.
 
Body
PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from RB-2 Residence District to C-3 Community Commercial District with a PDD-1 overlay.
 
A tract of land located in the Southeast ΒΌ of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
 
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 12 in Re-subdivision of Soldiers Home Heights Company's Subdivision; thence Westerly, 120.00 feet along South line of said Lot 12, to the Southwest corner of said lot; thence Northerly, 60.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 11 in Re-subdivision of Soldiers Home Heights Company's Subdivision; thence Easterly, 150.00 feet to the centerline of South 63rd Street; thence Southerly, 60.00 feet along said centerline; thence Westerly, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 9000.00 square feet, more or less.
 
Said land located at:  1341-43 and 43A S. 63 St. and 13** S. 63 St. from RB-2 Residence District to C-3 Community Commercial District with a PDD-1 overlay (Tax Key Nos. 439-0272-000 3 family home and 439-0273-000 vacant lot)
 
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
