Title

An Ordinance to Establish No Parking Any Time Restrictions on the West Side of the Service Drive located in the East Side of S. 92 St., from W. Harrison Pl. to 190 Ft. North of W. Cleveland Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.   Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 92 St. East Service Drive

Blocks:  2500 and 2600, from W. Harrison Pl. to 190 Ft. North of W. Cleveland Ave.

Side:  West

Restriction:  No Parking Any Time

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
