Title

Resolution relative to approving the 2003 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant Program

Body

WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regulations require the preparation of a 2003 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and,

WHEREAS, the Common Council has conducted a public hearing on March 16, 2004 and,

WHEREAS, appropriate documentation, communications and certifications are required to be completed and submitted to various entities in order to secure the City's Community Development Entitlement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2003 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is hereby adopted, subject to any minor corrections, and the Director of Development is hereby authorized to execute and submit the necessary documentation on behalf of the City.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and are hereby directed to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City.
