Title

Ordinance to repeal Subsection 13.21(4)(a) 2 of the Revised Municipal Code relative to removing a sign conformance requirement.

Body

PART I.      Subsection 13.21(4)(a) 2 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby repealed and paragraphs 3 through 5 are re-numbered to read as paragraphs 2 through 4.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
