WHEREAS, Riley Construction Co., Inc. as completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Riley Construction Co., Inc. - 2003 Project Nos. 8 and 9

for the remodeling of old Fire Station No. 1 to a new Fire Department Administration Building at 7332 W. National Avenue and remodeling of Fire Station No. 3 at 10830 W. Lapham Street into a new modern facility

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contracts.
