Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Miller & Associates-Sauk Prairie, Inc. for furnishing and delivering a custom gazebo for a total sum of $18,647.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing and delivering one (1) 30' diameter gazebo for Honey Creek Park of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Miller & Associates-Sauk Prairie, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated March 29, 2004 submitted by Miller & Associates-Sauk Prairie, Inc. for furnishing one (1) Cedar Forest Products HEX-V30SBR6 custom gazebo for the total net sum of $18,647.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid material.
