Resolution to approve Facade Demonstration Project Contract, in the sum of $800.00, by and between the City of West Allis and Ronald A. Tousignant for the property located at 6031 West National Avenue.
Body
WHEREAS, the application of Ronald A. Tousignant, was found to comply with the purpose and objectives of the Commercial Facade Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Facade Demonstration Project Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Development, or his designee, be and is hereby authorized to execute and deliver that aforesaid Contract on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Funds to pay the liability that will be incurred under the aforesaid Contract by the City of West Allis.
