Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6634 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional, and Supervisory Service of the City of West Allis for the Years 2002-2005 (Director of Development).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Attachment 5 to Part V of Salary Ordinance No. 6634 shall be amended by deleting the existing bi-weekly salary range for the position of Director of Development in the Executive Service and replacing it with the new bi-weekly salary range as follows:

Director of Development - $2,980.80 (Beginning); $3,726.40 (Ending)

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2005 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
