Title

An Ordinance to Repeal a portion of Ordinance No. 3115, which pertains to Installation of Automatic Traffic Control Signals at the intersection of S. 61 St. & W. Lincoln Ave.  

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.04 of the Revised Municipal Code, that portion of Ordinance 3115, passed November 7, 1961, which pertains to Installation of Automatic Traffic Controls at the intersection of S. 61 St. & W. Lincoln Ave. is hereby repealed.  Intersection traffic controls shall revert to established arterial stops for northbound and southbound traffic.

PART II.      This ordinance or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
