WHEREAS, Wm. Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

 

Wm. Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. - 2007 Project No. 12

 

for the installation of new concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, new concrete driveways, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main, building services and utility adjustments in:

 

 S. 80 St. from 287 feet south of W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Hayes Ave.

S. 82 St. from W. Arthur Ave. to 970 feet south of W. Arthur Ave.

S. 83 St. from W. Arthur Ave. to 970 feet south of W. Arthur Ave.

W. Montana Ave. from S. 99 St. to 148 feet west of S. 99 St.

 

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
