Resolution accepting work of Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. for replacement of the existing 200 ton water cooled chiller located at City Hall with a new 150 ton chiller and replace the existing 150 ton chiller at the Police Station with a new 150 ton chiller in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2011 Project No. 2.

WHEREAS, Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Illingworth-Kilgust Mechanical, Inc. - 2011 Project No. 2
for replacement of the existing 200 ton water cooled chiller located at City Hall with a new 150 ton chiller and replace the existing 150 ton chiller at the Police Station with a new 150 ton chiller in the City of West Allis. Work will include equipment, piping, controls, electrical and miscellaneous general construction work as required to provide a complete system be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
