Becher Street from S. 72nd Street to S. 73rd Street and Various Locations throughout the City of West Allis in the amount of $329,782.00.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of State Contractors, Inc. for 2014 Project No. 12 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of State Contractors, Inc. for 2014 Project No. 12 for concrete pavement patching, sidewalk, pavement markings, manhole adjustments and utility adjustments in:
W. Lincoln Avenue: S. 84th Street to S. 85th Street
W. Lincoln Avenue: S. 67th Street to S. 68th Street
W. Becher Street: S. 72nd Street to S. 73rd Street
Various Locations throughout City of West Allis
PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1204, SP-1205, SP-1206
for the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty-Two and 00/100 dollars ($329,782.00)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,
