Resolution of Commendation for Jason Stromberg.
Body
WHEREAS, Jason Stromberg has served as Wrestling Coach at West Allis Central High School for many years; and,
WHEREAS, Jason Stromberg, during his tenure as Wrestling Coach at West Allis Central School from 1994 through 2012, served as Varsity Assistant Coach for seven (7) years and Head Varsity Coach for twelve (12) years; and,
WHEREAS, Jason Stromberg's accomplishments during his 19 years of coaching have been many, including ten (10) conference dual meet championships, seven (7) conference tournament championships, two (2) state champion wrestlers, thirty-four (34) state tournament qualifiers, and fifty-four (54) conference champions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Jason Stromberg is hereby honored and commended for his long and significant contributions to the youth, sports programs, and overall service to the West Allis community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby extends to Jason Stromberg its congratulations on a job well done.
Let this resolution be entered into the official minutes of the Common Council and a certified copy go forward to Jason Stromberg.
