Title

Ordinance amending Section 12.43(2) of the Revised Municipal Code to permit check cashing, money order and cash advance service establishments as a special use in the C-4 Regional Commercial District

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 12.43(2) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

12.43                     C-4 Regional Commercial District

(2)                     Special Uses

* * *

(k)  Check cashing, money order, payday and cash loan/advance services and similar short-term credit establishments

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
