Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2006-0048 establishing the salary of the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the period May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2008.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Part I of Salary Ordinance No. O-2006-0048 shall be amended by changing the date in the second line from September 1, 2006 to May 1, 2006.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect May 1, 2006 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
