WHEREAS, Reesman's Excavating & Grading, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Reesman's Excavating & Grading, Inc. - 2009 Project No. 3

for street reconstruction, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:

S. 73^rd Street from W. Walker St. to NCL

S. 74^th St. from N/O W. Walker St. to W. Washington St.

S. 78^th St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
