Resolution accepting work of MJ Construction, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 79 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave. and S. 85 St. from W. Washington St. to W. Greenfield Ave. in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2016 Project No. 1 for final payment in the amount of $18,016 of the $1,976,770.30 total project cost

WHEREAS, MJ Construction, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
South 79th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West National Avenue
South 85th Street from West Washington Street to West Greenfield Avenue
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1217, SP-1220, X-853, X-854, S-1553, S-1554, S-1555, W-1340, W-1341, W-1342, W-1343, W-1344, U-2603, U-2604, U-2605, U-2606, U-2607)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
