Title

Resolution relative to contracting with Staffing, Inc. for clerical temporary help services to a total cost of $15,600.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a request from the Water Division of the City of West Allis for contracting for clerical temporary help services; and,

WHEREAS, the Water Division has determined that this contract is imappropriate for competitive selection due to the continuity needed in providing this service; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Staffing, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Staffing, Inc. for furnishing clerical temporary help services for a cost not to exceed $15,600.00 for the period through June 30, 2004 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
