TITLE
Accepting work of James Cape & Sons Company for the installation of concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, driveway approaches and sidewalk, storm sewer, utility adjustments, pavement marking, lighting, signals and colored concrete in S. 70 St. from 100 ft. south of W. Washington St. to 375 ft. north of W. Walker St. and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2002 Project No. 4.
BODY
WHEREAS, James Cape & Sons Company has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the installation of concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, driveway approaches and sidewalk, storm sewer, utility adjustments, pavement marking, lighting, signals and colored concrete in:
S. 70 St. from 100 ft. south of W. Washington St. to 375 ft. north of W. Walker St.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
