Title

Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 6649 Establishing the Salaries of Certain Employees in the Administrative & Clerical Service of the City of West Allis for the Years 2002-2005 (amending 2004 and 2005).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Part III (Attachment 3) and Part IV (Attachment 4) of Salary Ordinance No. 6649 are hereby deleted.

PART II.  The salaries for employees in the Administrative & Clerical Service of the City of West Allis, commencing January 1, 2004, shall be as noted in Attachment 3 (Schedule R and P).

PART III.  The salaries for employees in the Administrative & Clerical Service of the City of West Allis, commencing July 1, 2004, shall be as noted in Attachment 4 (Schedule R and P).

PART IV.  The salaries for employees in the Administrative & Clerical Service of the City of West Allis, commencing January 1, 2005, shall be as noted in Attachment 5 (Schedule R and P).

PART V.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART VI.  This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2004 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
