Title

Ordinance to Amend Subsection 12.10(14) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Code Enforcement.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 12.10(14) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

12.10      GENERAL PROVISIONS

(14)  The Building Inspector and Director of Development or their designees shall administer and enforce the provisions of this Subchapter.

* * *

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
