Title

Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance No. 6602, which pertains to a North/South 2-Way Stop at the intersection of S. 88 St. and W. Walker St., and to reestablish the intersection as non-controlled.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Ordinance No. 6602, passed January 15, 2002, which pertains to a North/South 2-Way Stop at the intersection of South 88 Street and West Walker Street, is hereby repealed and reverted to an uncontrolled intersection.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
