Resolution amending a professional services contract with Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Assoc., Inc. to provide engineering and technical support services in the amount of $10,000.
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, by Resolution No. R-2003-0236, adopted August 5, 2003, approved an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City by its Department of Development and Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Assoc., Inc. (the "Agreement") to provide engineering and technical support services; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to further amend the Agreement to provide for additional services (the "Amendment").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Amendment to the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
2. That the City Engineer or his designee be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Amendment on behalf of the City.
3. That the sum of Ten Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($10,000) be and is hereby appropriated from a grant received from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for the A-C Trust site to pay the liability that will accrue to the City under the Amendment.
