Title

Resolution relative to amending the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual No. 1106, Administrative/Fiscal Note, under Administration & Finance.

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1106, Administrative/Fiscal Note, was originally included in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual on December 1, 1997; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said policy at this time to ensure consistent submission; and

WHEREAS, as a result of discussion, the Administration & Finance Committee provided direction on amending Policy No. 1106; and

WHEREAS, the amended policy has been reviewed by the City Attorney, Director of Finance, City Clerk, and City Administrator and recommended for approval by the Common Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1106, Administrative/Fiscal Note, is approved as presented in the attached restatement.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the amended Policy No. 1106 in the City's Policies & Procedures Manual and distribute said policy to all departments, divisions, and offices.
