Title

Resolution relative to approval of the Employment Contract for the position of Human Resources Director with Audrey Key.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Administrator has recommended and the Committee of the Whole of the Common Council has approved the appointment of Ms. Audrey Key of West Allis, Wisconsin, to the position of Human Resources Director; and,

WHEREAS, Ms. Audrey Key has indicated her willingness to accept said position.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Employment Contract for the position of Human Resources Director of the City of West Allis, relative to the employment of Ms. Audrey Key as Human Resources Director, which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is approved and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute the Employment Contract on behalf of the Common Council of the City of West Allis.
