Resolution accepting work of Arrow-Crete Construction LLC for construction of an asphalt parking lot, concrete curb & gutter, colored imprinted concrete, grading, landscaping, gazebo installation and utility adjustments for the Honey Creek Park Renovation, located between S. 84 St. and S. 86 St., south of W. National Ave. and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2004 Project No. 12.

WHEREAS, Arrow-Crete Construction LLC has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Arrow-Crete Construction LLC - 2004 Project No. 12
for construction of an asphalt parking lot, concrete curb & gutter, colored imprinted concrete, grading, landscaping, gazebo installation and utility adjustments for the Honey Creek Park Renovation located between S. 84 St. and S. 86 St., south of W. National Ave. in the City of West Allis
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract
