Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the South Side of the West 260 Feet of the 8400 Block of West Cleveland Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Cleveland Ave.

Block:  The West 260 Ft. of the 8400 Block

Side:  South

Restriction:  90 Minute Parking, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
