Title

An Ordinance to establish the salary ranges of the City Attorney and the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the year 2011.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range for the City Attorney and Municipal Judge, commencing January 1, 2011, shall be the same amount as the wage and salary range for

January 1, 2010.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2011 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
