Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning properties located at 8229, 8233, 8239 and 8243 W. Lapham St. and 1608 S. 83 St. and 1616-18 S. 83 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District. (Tax Key Nos. 452-0505-000, 452-0504-000, 452-0503-000, 452-0502-000, 452-0501-000)

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District, to-wit:

That part of Lots 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and the adjacent Right of Way in Block 2 of the Continuation of Henderson Park Subdivision as recorded in the Public Records of Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, lying in the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of South 83rd Street and West Lapham Street; thence North 88 33” East along the centerline of West Lapham Street, 208.00 feet to the centerline of an alley; thence Southerly along the centerline of said alley and parallel to the East line of said lots, 195.00 feet; thence South 88 33” West and parallel to the South line of Lot 40, 208.00 feet to the centerline of South 83rd Street; thence Northerly along the centerline of South 83rd Street, 195.00 feet; to the point of beginning.

Said land being located at: 8229, 8233, 8239 and 8243 W. Lapham St. and 1608 S. 83 St. and 1616-18 S. 83 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District. (Tax Key Nos. 452-0505-000, 452-0504-000, 452-0503-000, 452-0502-000, 452-0501-000)

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
