Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Impact Network, LLC for furnishing and delivering managed print services for a total sum of $66,813.48.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly processed a request for quote for furnishing managed print services for the Information Technology Division of the Department of Administration and Finance of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Impact Network, LLC be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated June 20, 2013 submitted by Impact Network, LLC for furnishing a 3-year contract for managed print services and 15 new printers for a total net sum of $66,813.48 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 1215 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
