Title

An Ordinance to Amend Title to Section 10.10 and Amending Subsection 10.10(2) to include Sidewalks of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Title to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

10.10                     PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STREET, ALLEYS AND SIDEWALKS.

PART II.                     Subsection 10.10(2) is repealed and recreated to read:

(2)                     No person shall park and leave unattended any vehicle on any public alley within the City, nor shall any person park a vehicle so that any part of the vehicle extends over or onto the public alley, or sidewalk.

PART III.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
