Title

Resolution approving:  (1) the 2016 Open Purchase Order Carryovers, (2) the 2016 Department Carryovers, (3) the 2016 Fund Transfers, (4) the 2016 Capital Accumulation Transfers, and (5) the 2016 Fund Balance Designations. 

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis will be closing its 2016 fiscal year; and

 

WHEREAS, certain accounting transactions need to be completed in advance of closing out the year; and

 

WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the following: the 2016 Open Purchase Order Carryovers, (2) the 2016 Department Carryovers, (3) the 2016 Fund Transfers, (4) the 2016 Capital Accumulation Transfers, and (5) the 2016 Fund Balance Designations. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the carryovers, fund transfers, capital accumulation transfers, and Fund Balance designations be and hereby are approved.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to complete such carryovers, transfers, and designations.
