Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the East Side of the 2800 Block of S. 83 St., from W. Beloit Rd. to 75 Ft. North of W. Beloit Rd.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 83 St.

Blocks:  2800 Block, from W. Beloit Rd. to 75 Ft. North of W. Beloit Rd.

Side:  East

Restriction:  No Parking Any Time

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
