Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Community Newspapers for furnishing publication services for an estimated sum of $25,000.00.

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing Common Council proceedings and legal notices for the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Community Newspapers be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 12, 2005 submitted by Community Newspapers for furnishing publication services for the period June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2006 for an estimated cost of
$25,000.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP #892 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
