WHEREAS, it is necessary to annually approve the Claims Payment Agreements for the PPO and Standard Plan Summary Descriptions with Humana, the City's Third Party Administrator of the City's health insurance program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Claims Payment Agreements for the PPO and Standard Plan Summary Descriptions with Humana are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proper City Officials are authorized and directed to execute said claim payment agreements on behalf of the City.
