Title

An Ordinance to establish the salary ranges of the City Attorney and the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the years 2008-2010.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range for the City Attorney and Municipal Judge, commencing January 1, 2008, shall be as follows:

ELECTED DEPARTMENT HEADS - Bi-Weekly Salary

City Attorney - $3,968.00

Municipal Judge - $2,152.80

PART II.  The wage and salary range for the City Attorney and Municipal Judge, commencing January 1, 2009, shall be as follows:

ELECTED DEPARTMENT HEADS - Bi-Weekly Salary

City Attorney - $4,087.20

Municipal Judge - $2,217.60

PART III.  The wage and salary range for the City Attorney and Municipal Judge, commencing January 1, 2010, shall be as follows:

ELECTED DEPARTMENT HEADS

City Attorney - $4,209.60

Municipal Judge - $2,284.00

PART IV.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART V.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2008 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
