Resolution Relative to the Notice of Hearing for the Vacation and Discontinuance of a Street Right-of-Way South of West Maple Street Between South 88^th Street and South 90^th Street.

Body

WHEREAS, the City is considering vacating and discontinuing a Street Right-of-Way South of West Maple Street between South 88^th Street and South 90^th Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto, for the vacation and discontinuance of a Street Right-of-Way South of West Maple Street between South 88^th Street and South 90^th Street, be published in the official City newspaper, NOW, on May 24^th, 2007, May 31^st, 2007 and June 7^th, 2007; that the Hearing be scheduled before the Common Council on June 19^th, 2007, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard; that a copy of the aforesaid Notice be served or mailed more than thirty (30) days prior to the Hearing in the manner prescribed by the law on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon the said street right-of-way proposed to be discontinued.
