Title

Resolution relative to amending City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1113, Pay for Exceptional Performance and Educational Achievement Rewards.

Body

WHEREAS, City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1113, Pay for Exceptional Performance and Educational Achievement Rewards, was adopted on April 17, 2018, and amended October 16, 2018 by Resolution R-2018-0655; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said policy at this time, as set forth in the attached, to include employees of the Municipal Court’s office and adjust the ability to nominate to include supervisors and department heads only.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Policy No. 1113, Pay for Exceptional Performance and Educational Achievement Rewards, is approved as presented.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the amended Policy No. 1113 in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual and to distribute said policy to all departments, divisions and offices.
