Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Time Warner for providing 100M Internet Service for 5 years for a total sum of $102,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received proposals for Internet Services for the Information Technology Department of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Time Warner be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Time Warner for providing 100M Internet Services for $1,700.00/month for 5 years for a total net sum of $102,000 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
