An Ordinance to establish the salaries of certain Miscellaneous Employees of the City of West Allis for 2006-2007.

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. The wage and salary ranges of the following miscellaneous employees commencing January 1, 2006 shall be as follows:
Provisional Laborers
Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2006 (2) - $9.00/Hr.; Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2007 (2) - $9.00/Hr.;
Seasonal Laborers - 1st Year
Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2006 (2) - $7.50/Hr.; Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2007 (2) - $7.50/Hr.
Seasonal Laborers - 2nd Year
Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2006 (2) - $8.00/Hr.; Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2007 (2) - $8.00/Hr.
Seasonal Laborers - 3rd Year
Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2006 (2) - $8.50/Hr.; Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2007 (2) - $8.50/Hr.
Seasonal Laborers - 4th Year
Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2006 (2) - $9.00/Hr.; Bi-Weekly, Jan. 1, 2007 (2) - $9.00/Hr.

(1) Shall receive $5.00 additional for attending instructional meeting prior to each primary and regular election; the Chief Election Inspector shall receive an additional $20.00 and the Assistant Chief Election Inspector shall receive an additional $10.00 for service at each primary and regular election.
(2) The above pay rates represent resident (R) rates. These resident pay rates shall be reduced by 2% for perimeter status employees.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
