Resolution accepting work of Payne & Dolan, Inc. for asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, water main relay, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay and utility adjustments in various locations in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2008 Project No. 12.

WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

W. Orchard St. from S. 70 St. to S. 72 St.
W. Mobile St. (North Side) from S. 54 St. to S. 56 St.
S. 55 St. from 175' North of W. Mobile St. to W. Mobile St.
W. Harrison Ave. from S. 94 St. to 152' West of S. 94 St.
W. Hayes Pl. from S. 96 St. to W. Arthur Ave.
W. Harrison Ave. from S. 96 St. to S. 99 St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
