Title

An Ordinance to amend Subsection 10.105(2) (b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relating to Night Parking Permits.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 10.105(2) (b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:

10.105                                          All-NIGHT PARKING

(b)                     No all-night parking shall be permitted, except by vehicles displaying night parking permits specifically issued for said vehicles or by vehicles bearing disabled plates or identification cards issued pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Sections 341.14(1), (1a), (1e), (1m), (1q) or (1r) or Section 343.51 or when a special privilege permission has been granted by the Chief of Police or his designee.  Permission may be granted for the same license plate for not more than 3 days per calendar month.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect on October 1, 2015, and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
