Resolution amending a professional services contract with TN and Associates, Inc. to provide right-of-way plat design services in the amount of $10,000.00.
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, by Resolution No. 2004-0057 adopted February 23, 2004, approved an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City by its Department of Engineering and TN and Associates, Inc. (the "Agreement") to provide engineering and technical support services; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to prepare a right-of-way plat at the project intersection and to further amend the Agreement to provide for additional services (the "Agreement").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Amendment to the Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
2. That the City Engineer or his designee be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Amendment on behalf of the City.
