An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 10.105(2)(b)3. of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to the Number of Permits for All-Night Parking.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Subsection 10.105(2)(b)3. of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:
10.105 ALL-NIGHT PARKING.

(2) Night Permits. No vehicle shall be parked on any public street between the hours of 3:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. of any day, except licensed passenger vehicles parked in accordance: with the following provisions:

3. The all night parking permit shall be issued by the Police Department upon receipt of a properly completed application and payment of the fee therefore except as otherwise provided for in this Code. The permit shall be issued only to the vehicle owner who resides at the address for which the permit is issued. For purposes of this Section, dwelling unit shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 12.16(10) of this Code. The Building Inspector shall provide such assistance as the Police Department may require in the administration of this paragraph.

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
