Resolution amending previously approved Relocation Order dated November 11, 2008, Pursuant to Secs. 62.22 and 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the Laying Out, Relocation and Improvement of S. 60th Street (West Lincoln Avenue to the North Corporate Limits) and W. Greenfield Avenue (South 60 Street to South 62 Street).

WHEREAS, the previously approved Relocation Order was adopted by Resolution R-2008-0209 on November 5, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the Relocation Order and Right of Way Plat have been updated to incorporate changes in ownership to various properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the public interest that South 60th Street between West Lincoln Avenue and the North Corporate Limits and West Greenfield Avenue between South 60 Street and South 62 Street, be laid out, relocated and improved (the "Project"); and,
WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes a Relocation Order in accordance with Sec. 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of the Project and is also a determination of necessity for that Project, in accordance with Secs. 62.22 and 32.07(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Relocation Order for the Project, a copy of which Relocation Order is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Relocation Order on behalf of the City.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be filed with the Milwaukee County Clerk within twenty (20) days of its adoption and final approval.
